We provide a $500 technology stipend, every two (2) years, that allows team members to purchase mobile phones and notebook computers that they own.
At the Lodge, we work to marry history with the future, which leads to a vibrant and progress present. When thinking about the future, we think about technology and how we use it to improve. For example, we use various technologies to communicate. These technologies, and methods of communication, are important in building a strong team and providing great experiences for people at the Lodge.
And with much of the technology also tied to one’s personal activities — as a person is a whole person, not one type of person at work and another person at home. This means that technology is used throughout one’s daily activities at work and at home — a mobile phone, a notebook computer.
Thus, we want to provide technology for team members with technology tools to help them with communication and more. The technology stipend can be used every two (2) years, and can be used to purchase the following:
- A mobile phone
- A computer tablet
- A computer notebook
